 ABA Therapist wanted - Ireland

Ireland - We have a position available for an experienced ABA
therapist in Ireland. Our son is 6years old and Autistic, verbal and
basically a cheerful guy. The role basically involves therapy and
school shadowing while he gradually integrates to school - around
24hrs/week therapy hours. Flights, salary and provide use of a car
during the stay provided. The start date is Jan 2008 thru June (or
sept). We'd love to hear from you if you are interested or just have

Hello, I am an ABA therapist based in limerick currently studying BCBA in UCG, your message did not indicate if you are looking for home tutoring or a consultant. I have the details of an excellent consultant supervisor based in london under whose supervision I have worked under for three years,I can put you in touch if you would like. Otherwise depending on your area there are some very experienced therapists that I could forward your details to. Let me know if this is of any value to you, best of luck...if you get the right people working with your little boy there is an awful lot to be achieved.Hazel

Thanks Hazel, sorry for slow reply. We did hire a ABA therapist from another site until July. We already have a consultant although I'd appreciate if you could send me the consunltant supervisor details (in london) in case we ever need it.

Hi Ashleigh, Based in Leitrim and as far as we know the only people doing IEBI programme around here, or at least feels like it since we have to hire from abroad all the time. No pool of ABA professionals to hire from unfortunately. You'r bit too far I guess too;-)

Hi everyone. I have recently been accepted into the Masters in ABA in NUI Galway. This two year course is fantastic and allows students to gain applied work practice in ABA Monday to Thursday each week and then has lectures all day Fridays. I am from Co. Mayo and as far as I am aware will be the only professionally board certified behaviour analyst in Mayo as only 15 students get accepted into the new course each year. I would be prepared to travel to nearby counties to put my knowledge and experience of the proven method into practice and help those who need it reach their potential.
